Wedding Dress Diet - Small Changes - Fast Weight Loss

I call it that because the very last thing to go wrong on your BIG day could be the fact your dress wouldn't fit.

A Wedding Dress Diet should keep you at the weight for your wedding dress to look stunning. Like Goldie Locks and the Three Bears, you don't want your dress to fit too tight, not too loose, but just right.

Most of us worry so much about gaining too much weight before our wedding day it never crosses our minds we could lose too much weight for our dress to fit right too. In all the excitement of getting a wedding together too many pounds may be lost.

Back in 1968 this is what happened to me. At 111 pounds the white velvet wedding dress I made for myself hung on my too skinny body. Naturally the fact I had lost weight didn't enter my mind with all the other goings on. The BIG day came. After I got dressed and looked in the mirror, my dress hung on my frail body like a potato sack. Too late to do anything now... plus there's no way I was talented enough to alter the dress. Do you know how hard it is to sew velvet? We won't go there.

Please have a plan in place for a smart wedding day diet of some kind. Your day will glide right along if you are the same size as your wedding dress. Too much bridal weight gain or weight loss isn't a worry you want to have on your BIG day.

Tip #1: Don't skip meals like breakfast.

Tip #2: Don't stuff yourself -- no second helpings.

Tip #3: Drink plenty of water.

Remember, from now till your wedding day, your Wedding Dress Diet should be a healthy diet. You need a diet, or eating plan you can use the rest of your life. Stay healthy, happy and fit. Whether you're planning a big career or a big family nothing is more important than your health.
